The hotel was very quiet and clean. the shower was great! the location was perfect, very convenient to the train station and many great restaurants and pastry shops. We were pleasantly upgraded to a better room because of our longer stay. the staff were very friendly and welcoming to us during our Christmas stay.

Although breakfast wasn't offered, there was a breakfast shop just across the street, which wasn't a big deal. the grooming of the receptionists should have been paid more attention to since they're the first impression of the hotel.

The staff at A Ace Hotel went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I mentioned that I preferred a quiet room and they made sure to assign me a room away from traffic noise. They even offered to refund the remaining nights if the smell issue couldn't be resolved. the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a short walk from the train station. the staff is friendly and helpful, giving directions and advice. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of sockets and amenities.

The bathroom drainage wasn't great, leading to a pool of water. The room had black specs which were noticeable on sheets and surfaces.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was also very convenient for transportation, with plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.
